Objective To investigate the effi cacy of acupoint application therapy in prevention of lung cancer after chemotherapy in patients with digestive tract reactions.Methods 80 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in the control group, using conventional methods for prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reaction in the treatment group of 40 cases,treated with acupoint application to control gastrointestinal adverse reaction.Results Observation group control nausea andvomiting after chemotherapy and improve the quality of life is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application has good curative effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions in chemotherapy of patients with lung cancer prevention,reducing the use of antiemetic drugs,with good tolerance,high acceptance,can improve the quality of life of patients.%目的 探讨穴位贴敷治疗防治肺癌患者化疗后消化道反应的疗效.方法 肺癌化疗患者80例随机分为2组,对照组40例,采用常规方法防治消化道不良反应,观察组40例,在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷防治消化道不良反应.结果 观察组化疗后恶心、呕吐控制情况及生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 穴位贴敷治疗在防治肺癌患者化疗后消化道反应具有良好的疗效,减少止吐药物的使用,患者耐受性好,接受度高,可提高患者的生活质量.
