目的 探讨序贯康复包对中轻度腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月130例中轻度LDH患者,其中男63例,女67例.采用随机数字法分为两组,观察组接受序贯康复包干预同时配合对症和基础治疗(n=60);对照组不予中药熏蒸,其他干预同观察组(n=60).于治疗前和末次干预后3个月分别行SF-36简明健康调查问卷评分,评价其治疗效果及症状改善情况.结果 与治疗前比较,两组症状和体征均有所改善(P<0.05),但观察组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05).结论 包括中药(透海散)熏蒸在内的序贯康复包干预LDH患者,能使其生理健康和临床症状得到明显的改善.%Objective To explore the effect of sequential rehabilitation package on the treatment of mild lumbar disc herniation.Methods 130 cases of mild lumbar disc herniation patients were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 including 63 males and 67 females. They were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(n=60). Received sequential rehabilitation package intervention and the basic treatment. The control group(n=60) was not treated with Chinese herbal fumigation,the other intervention was the same as the treatment group. The SF-36 simple health questionnaire was used to evaluate the improvement of life quality before and 3 months after the intervention.Results The quality of life was improved in the two groups compared before treatment(P<0.05),while the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential rehabilitation package including Chinese herbal fumigation(Tou Hai San),can improve the physical and mental health of the patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the overall quality of life.
