目的 分析乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检成功率的相关因素.方法 收集2015年1月至2016年10月期间行亚甲蓝单染料法前哨淋巴结活检术的217例乳腺癌患者的临床资料.分析影响前哨淋巴结活检成功率的相关因素.结果 单因素分析显示前哨淋巴结活检成功率与病理检查肿块大小(P=0.033)、肿块位置(P=0.027)、彩超BI-RADS分类(P<0.001)、ER表达(P<0.001)、PR表达(P=0.005)相关.多因素分析结果显示前哨淋巴结活检成功率与肿块位置(P=0.031)、BI-RADS分类(P=0.004)、ER表达情况(P=0.007)相关.结论 乳腺癌患者的肿块位置、彩超BI-RADS分类、ER表达情况可能是影响乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检成功的因素.%Objective To analyze the related factors of sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)success rate in breast cancer.Methods 217 cases of breast cancer patients treated with SLNB with methylene blue dye were selected in Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health-Care Center from January 2015 to October 2016. The factors correlated with the success of SLNB were explored.Results Through univariate analysis,blue dye success was associated with:pathological examination of tumor size(P=0.033),location of tumor(P=0.027),ultrasound BI-RADS classification(P<0.001), the expression of ER(P<0.001),the expression of PR(P=0.005).In multivariate analysis,SLNB success was associated with tumor location (P=0.031),BI-RADS classification(P=0.004)and expression of ER(P=0.007).Conclusion Location of tumor(P=0.027),ultrasound BI-RADS classification and the expression of ER may be the factors affect the success of SLNB in breast cancer.
