目的：探讨延续性护理对子宫内膜癌手术治疗后中远期并发症及生活质量的影响。方法从2009年3月至2014年3月收治的子宫内膜癌手术治疗患者中随机选择87例进行研究，随机分为对照组（43例）和观察组（44例），分别实施常规出院指导和常规出院指导结合延续性护理。随访1~6个月，观察两组的术后中远期并发症发生率、患者满意度和生活质量，并进行比较。结果随访1~6个月，所有患者均参加随访。经随访，两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组的生活质量各项指标均显著高于对照组（P均<0.05），在满意度方面，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对子宫内膜癌手术治疗患者实施延续性护理可以有效降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者的满意度，改善其生活质量。%Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on complication of surgical treatment of endometrial cancer and quality of life. Methods From March 2009 were randomly selected for endometrial cancer surgery patients to March 2014 were in 87 cases studied,were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases),were given routine discharge guidance and with the continuous nursing routine discharge guidance. The follow-up of 1~6 months,observed two groups of postoperative long-term complications,patient satisfaction and quality of life,and compared. Results Were followed up for 1~6 months. All patients were followed up. The follow-up,two complication rate had significant difference(P<0.05),quality of life indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05)in satisfaction,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On Endometrial cancer surgery patients with the implementation of the continuity of care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction,improve their quality of life.
