ObjectiveTo study MR-DTI value in the diagnosis of acute skeletal muscle damage.Methods Collected by MR-DTI examination of 30 cases of patients with knee joint injury,The control group 30 healthy volunteers,Using Simenzis Avanto line type 1.5 T superconducting MRI scanner DTI check,At last,the soleus,gastrocnemius medial head of the tibialis anterior muscle and lateral head of the ADC diagram,ADC values,FA figure,FA values were aquired,and through the DTI fiber tracer figure, the continuity of muscle fiber bundle was shown and the direction contorted,More volunteers and patients with acute injury of skeletal muscle were compared of ADC value and FA value difference.Results When the b value=600s/mm2,patients with acute trauma muscle ADC value and FA values were lower than that of healthy volunteers,Healthy volunteers and patients with acute injury of skeletal muscle of ADC value and FA value have significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions MR-DTI in diagnosis of acute injury of skeletal muscle has important clinical value.%目的：探讨磁共振扩散张量成像（MR-DTI）在骨骼肌急性损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法收集经MR-DTI检查的膝关节外伤患者30例，对照组健康志愿者30例，采用Simenzis Avanto 1.5T超导型磁共振扫描仪行DTI检查，最后得出胫骨前肌、比目鱼肌、腓肠肌内侧头及外侧头的ADC图、ADC值、FA图、FA值，并通过DTI纤维示踪图显示肌纤维束的连续性和走行方向，比较志愿者与急性损伤患者骨骼肌的ADC值及FA值的差异。结果当b值=600s/mm2时，急性外伤患者肌肉ADC值及FA值均低于健康志愿者，健康志愿者与急性骨骼肌损伤患者的ADC值及FA值差异有统计学意义（P值<0.05）。结论 MR-DTI在急性骨骼肌损伤的诊断中具有重要临床应用价值。
