Objective To apply the 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS)for the analysis be changes of change of brain metabolites in patients with craniocerebral trauma influenced by aromatic resuscitation drug sniffing agent powder with atomization inhalation and to evaluate a aromatic resuscitation drugs by nasal drug delivery to clinical and prognosis in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 20 cases of craniocerebral trauma was divided randomly into treatment group:10 people,controlled group:10 people, all patients admitted are given general treatment,treatment group admitted 2nd days up given aromatic resuscitation agent powder by atomization inhalation 10 days,12-15 days after admission, two group were checked with 1H-MRS respectively and brain analysed within metabolism material of changes,N2 b phthalate aspartate ammonia acid (NAA),and muscle acid (Cr),and containing choline compounds (Cho) and the NAA/Cr,Changes in NAA/Cho,Cho/Cr values at the frontal lobe, basal nuclei, occipital lobe were analysed. Results 1H-MRS check NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr were statistically significant the treatment group from the control group differences, the NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr values of frontal lobe, basal nuclei, occipital lobe increased significantly in treatment group. Conclusion Craniocerebral trauma can change the metabolism in the brain substance aromatic resuscitation sniffing agent powder can help to the recovery of nerve function. 1H-MRS help to evaluate the brain metabolism changes,which will improve the clinical curative effect and prognosis.%目的：通过1H核磁共振波谱（1H-MRS）分析由芳香开窍药组成的嗅吸剂微粉经雾化吸入应用于颅脑创伤患者脑内代谢物质的变化，评估经芳香开窍药经鼻腔给药对颅脑创伤患者的临床疗效及预后。方法20例颅脑外伤致创伤住院成人患者随机分为治疗组：10例，对照组：10例。全部患者入院后均给予常规治疗，治疗组入院第2天起给予芳香开窍嗅吸剂雾化吸入10d，两组分别于入院后第12-15天行1H核磁共振波谱分析脑内代谢物质的变化，分析额叶、基底节、枕叶N2乙酞天门冬氨酸（NAA）、肌酸（Cr）、含胆碱化合物（Cho）及NAA/Cr，NAA/Cho，Cho/Cr值的变化，并对各项指标进行统计学分析。结果行1H-MRS检查显示治疗组较对照组NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr差异均有统计学意义，患者额叶、基底节区域、枕叶NAA/Cr所处数值治疗组较对照组明显上升，Cho/Cr数值较对照组降低。结论颅脑创伤可以使脑内代谢物质发生变化，经鼻雾化吸入芳香开窍药可以达到改善脑代谢从而促进神经功能的恢复，提高临床疗效，通过1H核磁共振波谱分析可以了解脑内不同区域代谢变化，对评估临床疗效及预后具有重要价值。
