Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Meek graft for repairing large deep burns. Methods The meek skin graft was utilized to repair 36 cases of extensive and deep burnt patients and was compared with utilizing the“small stamp skin graft”to repair 33 cases of similar burnt patients in the meanwhile;to observe their survival rate,fusion time and expansion rate of grafted flat,and the graft operation time. Results by Meek Skin Graft:the survival rate of grafted flat is (97.6±2.1)%,the flat fusion time was(11.2±1.0)d,the expansion rate was(4.3±0.4)%,and the operation time was (1.1±0.1)min/1%. While by“Small Stamp Skin Graft”:the survival rate was(96.5.±2.0)%,the flat fusion time was (14.2±1.4)d,the expansion rate was(2.7±0.5)%,and the operation time was(4.5±0.9)min/1%. By Comparingthe two groups we found there was remarkable difference on the grafted flat fusion time and expansion rate(P<0.05),especially on the skin graft operation time(P<0.01). Conclusion Meek skin graft can simplify the graft operation and shorten the operation time&the grafted flat fusion time;it has the advantage of economizing the skin source with high grafted flat survival rate. Therefor the meek skin graft is applicable to repairing of extensive and deep burns.% 目的探讨Meek植皮法修复大面积深度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法采用Meek植皮法修复36例大面积深度烧伤患者创面，与同期采用小邮票植皮法修复的33例大面积深度烧伤患者进行对比观察，内容包括移植皮片成活率、皮片融合时间、植皮手术操作时间、皮片扩张率等。结果 Meek植皮组的移植皮片成活率为（97.6±2.1）%，皮片融合时间为（11.2±1.0）d，植皮手术操作时间为（1.1±0.1）min/1%，皮片扩展率为（4.3±0.4）%，小邮票植皮组的移植皮片成活率为（96.5±2.0）%，皮片融合时间为（14.2±1.4）d，植皮手术操作时间为（4.5±0.9）min/1%，皮片扩展率为（2.7±0.5）%，两组比较，移植皮片成活率差异无统计学意义，皮片融合时间、皮片扩展率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），植皮手术操作时间差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 Meek植皮具有简化手术操作，缩短植皮手术时间，缩短皮片融合时间，节约皮源以及移植皮片成活率高等优点，适合于大面积深度烧伤创面的修复。
