大脑胼胝体发育不全的CT和MRI诊断(附29例分析)

         

摘要

Objective To study the CT and MRI findings of dysgenesis of the corpus callosum. Methods The CT and MRI findings in 29 pediatric and adult cases with corpus callosum dysplasia were reviewed. Results CT and MRI diagnostic criteria of corpus callosum dysplasia were:(1)abnormal proximity of interhemispheric fissure to the anterior part of the third ventricle;(2) nearly parallel separation of the bodies of the lateral ventricles;(3)dilatation and anterior displacement of the third ventricle;(4) enlarged occipital horns of the lateral ventricles. Conclusions Correct diagnosis of corpus callosum dysplasia could be made on the basis of CT and MRI characteristics,but MRI might directly reveal the developmental abnormality of the corpus callosum on many plane scans,making MRI i the best method to diagnose the dysgenesis of the corpus callosum.%目的:探讨大脑胼胝体发育不全的CT和MRI影像学表现。方法对29例经CT或MRI检查诊断为胼胝体发育不全的影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果胼胝体发育不全的CT和MRI诊断要点:(1)半球间裂异常靠近第三脑室前部;(2)侧脑室体部平行、分离;(3)第三脑室扩张并向上向前移位;(4)侧脑室枕角扩大;(5)侧脑室额角呈倒“八”字形分离结论根据CT和MRI的特征表现,均可对胼胝体发育不全作出诊断;MRI多平面扫描可更直观地显示胼胝体的发育异常,有利于鉴别诊断。
