目的 探讨儿童多动症与血中铅含量的关系.方法 用法国JOBIN YVON-ULTIMA2电感耦合等离子发射光谱分析仪对80例多动症儿童和132例正常儿童检测静脉血的铅含量,并作对比分析.结果 80例多动症儿童中血铅平均值为(0.58±0.07)μmol/L,高于正常对照组的(0.38±0.05)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 多动症儿童静脉血的铅含量高于正常儿童水平值.%Objective To explore the relationship of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and lead level in blood serum in children. Methods By JOBIN YVON - ULTIMA2 jugger coupling plasma emission spectrum analyser of France to mersuer lead level in serum. Results The mean value of lead is ( 0. 56 ± 0. 07 ) μ mol/L on eighty ADHD children. The Level of lead is higher than that in normal control, the difference of the two groups was significant( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion The level of lead in ADHD is higher than that in normal children.
