目的 比较锁孔血肿清除术与锥颅碎吸术二种微创术式治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的疗效.方法 回顾性分析本科收治的49例基底节区高血压脑出血患者的现病史、手术时间、术后并发症、术后拔管时间及预后.结果 与锥颅碎吸术相比,锁孔血肿清除术能够提前拔管时间,降低术后并发症,改善预后.结论 对于基底节区高血压脑出血,锁孔血肿清除术是一种有效术式.%Objective To compare hematoma puncture and key - hole craniotomy evacuation in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage. Method A retrospective analysis was conducted for comparing the impact of two surgical methods mentioned above on postoperative complications, extubation time and outcome. Result Compared with hematoma puncture, keyhole craniotomy evacuation can induce little postoperative complications and shorter extubation time with better outcome. Conclusion rnKey - hole craniotomy evacuation is a better surgical method for hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.
