目的探讨瞬目反射（BR）、脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）及脑干三叉神经诱发电位（BTEP）三项联合检查用于椎基底动脉供血不足的诊断价值。方法70例临床诊断为椎基底动脉供血不足病人均在发病3天内行BR、BAEP、BTEP检查。结果BR的异常率为83％，BAEP的异常率为64％，BTEP的异常率为86％。结论三项检查均能反映小脑及脑干的供血状况，提高诊断率，以BTEP最佳。%Objective To explore the value of blink reflex (BR), brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and brainstem trigeminal nerve evoked potential (BTEP) in the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI). Methods BR, BAEP and BTEP were performed in 70 patients with VBI within three days after onset. Results The abnormality rates of BR, BAEP and BTEP were 83％ , 64％ and 86％ respectively. Conclusion BR, BAEP and BTEP could reflect the function of brainstem and cerebellum, and were helpful in diagnosis of VBI.
