4D-CE-MRA与3D-PC-MRV在颅内静脉成像的应用比较

         

摘要

目的 比较四维对比增强磁共振血管成像(4D-CE-MRA)与三维相位对比磁共振静脉成像(3D-PC-MRV)在颅内静脉的应用价值.方法 24例行磁共振MRV检查的患者,分为两组分别行4D-CE-MAV和3D-PC-MRV检查,由2名资深影像诊断医师对脑深浅静脉及各静脉窦的显示情况进行评分,将每位患者的评分进行累计,采用配对样本t检验对结果进行统计学分析.结果 A组4D-CE-MRA的评分均值为17.5833分,B组3D-PC-MRV的评分均值为16.6667分,4D-CE-MRA检查所获得的图像质量评分明显高于3D-PC-MRV,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 4D-CE-MRA检查得到的图像质量优于3D-PC-MRV检查,4D-CE-MRA可以作为颅内静脉磁共振成像的首选检查方法.%Objective To comparatively analyze the application value of four-dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance Angiography (4D-CE-MRA)and three-dimensional phase-contrast magnetic resonance venography(3D-PC-MRV)in intracranial vein. Methods 24 patients received MRV were divided into two groups for 4D-CE-MRA and 3D-PC-MRV examinations respectively. The display situation of deep and superficial cerebral veins and venous sinus were scored by two senior image diagnosis doctors,and the score of each patient was accumulated. The paired sample t test was used for statistical analysis of the results. Results The average score of group A was 17.5833 and the average score of group B was 16.6667. The image quality score underwent 4D-CE-MRA was significantly higher than that of 3D-PC-MRV,the difference of which was statistically significant. Conclusion The image quality undergoing 4D-CE-MRA is better than that of the 3D-PC-MRV,therefore 4D-CE-MRA can be opted as the preferred test method for intracranial MRV.
