摘要

Objective To?examine?the?clinical?efficacy?of?endoscopic?posterior?nasal?nerve?and?pharyngeal?resection?in?the?treatment?of?allergic?rhinitis.?Methods From?July?20th?2016?to?March?20th?2017,25?cases?of?allergic?rhinitis?were?treated?with?endoscopic?posterior?nasal?nerve?and?pharyngeal?resection?in?our?department.?The?Rhinoconjunctivitis?Quality?of?Life?Questionnaire(RQLQ)?and?visual?analogue?scale(VAS)?were?used?to?evaluate?quality?of?life?before?and?after?surgery?at?3?months,6?months?and?1?year.?Results? Symptom?scores?were?used?to?evaluate?efficacy.?Nasal?symptoms,daily?life,quality?of?sleep,and?emotional?function?were?significantly?improved?at?3?months,6?months?and?1?year?after?surgery.?No?serious?complications?occurred?after?surgery.?Conclusion? The?treatment?of?allergic?rhinitis?with?endoscopic?posterior?nasal?nerve?and?pharyngeal?resection?in?patients?meeting?criteria?for?surgery?significantly?relieves?nasal?congestion,rhinorrhoea?and?sneezing,whilst?improving?nasal?ventilation?and?quality?of?life.%目的? 探讨鼻内镜下鼻后神经+咽支切断术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法? 2016年7月至2017年3月鼻内镜下鼻后神经+咽支切断术治疗变应性鼻炎25例.应用鼻结膜炎生存质量表(RQLQ)和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价术前及术后3、6个月、1年的生活质量.结果? 按症状积分评价疗效,与术前比较,术后3、6个月、1年鼻部症状、日常生活和睡眠质量、情感状态等生活质量均明显改善.术后未发生严重并发症.结论? 鼻内镜下鼻后神经+咽支切断术治疗有手术适应证的变应性鼻炎能明显缓解患者的鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏等鼻部症状,改善鼻部通气状况,提高患者生活质量.
