目的 观察强脉冲光与积雪苷软膏的联合应用对难治性日晒斑的临床疗效.方法 日晒斑患者68例,随机分为观察组与对照组各34例.观察组予590nm强脉冲光联合积雪苷软膏治疗,对照组予维A酸治疗,所有患者均治疗1个疗程(3个月),疗程结束后观察疗效及并发症.结果 观察组与对照组的有效率分别为94.12%、61.76%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 590nm强脉冲光联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗日晒斑的疗效及安全性较佳.%Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with asiaticoside cream in the treatment of sunburn. Methods A total of 68 patients diagnosed as sunburn were observed and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with asiaticoside ointment,and the control group was treated with tretinoin. All patients were treated for one course of treatment(3 months). The curative effect and complications were observed after treatment. Results The effective rates of the treat-ment group and the control group were 94.12%(32)and 61.76%(21),respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion 590nm intense pulsed light combined with asiaticoside cream ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of sunburn.
