Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoyan Shengji ointment combined with microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of depressed acne scars. Methods 56 patients with Fitzpatrick skin type in our department from August 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the observation group were treated with Xiaoyan Shengji ointment combined with microneedle radio frequency therapy,26 cases in the control group were treated with microneedle radio frequency therapy alone.The treatment,two groups were treated 1 time in 6 weeks,for 3 consecutive times,follow-up 3 months after the end of treatment.According to the patients'satisfaction rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,the ECCA weight score was used to evaluate the improvement of scar. Results Comparisons of patients’ satisfaction rate:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 69.23%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.02<0.05).The two groups had no adverse reactions.ECCA weight after treatment scores observed were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Xiaoyan Shengji ointment combined with microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of depressed acne scar is better than that of simple microneedle radiofrequency,which has less adverse reactions,higher patient satisfaction and certain guiding significance for clinical treatment.%目的 探讨消炎生肌膏联合微针射频治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将2016年8月至2017年6月就诊的Fitzpatrick皮肤类型为Ⅲ-Ⅳ型、瘢痕类型为冰锥型及碾压型的凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者56例,随机分成两组,其中观察组30例,采用消炎生肌膏联合微针射频治疗,对照组26例,采用单纯微针射频治疗,两组均6周治疗1次,连续治疗3次,治疗结束后随访3个月.根据患者自身满意率、不良反应的发生并采用ECCA权重评分法评价患者瘢痕改善情况.结果 患者满意率比较:观察组总有效率为93.33%;对照组总有效率为69.23%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02<0.05).两组均未出现不良反应.治疗后ECCA权重评分比较观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 消炎生肌膏联合微针射频治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效优于单纯微针射频,不良反应少,且患者满意度较高,对临床治疗有一定的指导意义.
