Objective To explore the effects of reinforcing and reducing by acupuncturing along and against channel’s direction point injection in prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin. Methods A total of 92 patients with cisplatin chemotherapy were studied and randomly divided into two groups:48 patients in the experimental group and 44 patients in the control group. All the patients received standard emesis prevention:5-HT3 receptor antagonists,dexamethasone and NK-1 antagonists. On this basis,the experimental group used the therapy of reinforcing and reducing by acupuncturing along and against channel’s direction point injection by 5 mg metoclopramide injecting in Zusanli point on both sides of patients,once a day until the end of chemotherapy. Before and after intervention,the control degrees of nausea,vomit and physical condition(Karnofsky grade)between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in Karnofsky grade between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). The control degrees of nausea,vomit and Karnofsky grade in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after intervention(P0.05),干预后实验组患者恶心呕吐控制程度、体力状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0 .05).结论 迎随补泻穴位注射法在防治顺铂所致恶心呕吐中使用安全有效.
