Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7)in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma. Methods CXCR7 expression were evaluated in the tissues of 80 cases of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma and 30 cases of benign thyroid specimen by using immunohistochemistry,and to analyze their relationship with clinical characteristics. Results The positive expression rates of CXCR7 in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma and benign thyroid were 73.8% and 33.3%. There was significant difference between these two groups (P0.05),but had significant difference between cervical lymph node metastasis or not(P0.05).结论 CXCR7在甲状腺微小乳头状癌中表达增强,在病理诊断中有一定价值,其表达与淋巴结转移相关,提示CXCR7可能在促进甲状腺微小乳头状癌的发生、侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用.
