Xianlin Reservoir is a key construction project in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,which will become the emergency reserve water source of Hangzhou after completion. Its functional orientation reflects the importance of water source protection. According to the features of Xianlin Reservoir in construction phase,basic measures were put forward for water source protection,including engineering and non- engineering measures.%杭州市闲林水库是浙江省重点建设工程，建成后将作为杭州市应急备用水源，其功能定位凸显出对水源保护的重要性。针对建设期闲林水库特点，提出了水源保护的基础性措施，包括工程性措施和非工程性措施。
