摘要

Preserved sheep erythrocytes sensitized with globulin from a peptic-refined bulk of serum from horses immunized with Clostridium oedematiens toxins, have been used as the indicator in the estimation of oedematiens antitoxin. The level of antitoxin has been estimated in sera from horses, guinea-pigs, rabbits and sheep with good correlation with the in vivo value as estimated by the mouse test at teh 0.1 L+ level.
