INTRODUCTIONDysregulation of the cyclin dependent kinase-retinoblastoma (CDK-RB) pathway is observed in DIPG and HGG. Ribociclib (LEE011) is an oral inhibitor of CDK4/CyclinD1 and CDK6/CyclinD3 complexes that induces RB hypophosphorylation and cell-cycle arrest.
