BackgroundLocoregional recurrences are often observed after esophagectomy with lymphadenectomy. The treatment strategy for these patients has not been established completely. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prognosis of salvage lymphadenectomy through the cervical incision for cervical and cervicothoracic recurrences.
