BackgroundAccessory mitral valve tissue rarely causes left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in adults. It is often associated with other cardiac and vascular congenital malformations. Here, we report the rarest presentation of accessory mitral valve tissue (AMVT) causing left ventricular outflow tract obstruction.
