We investigate intranasal targeted delivery of theranostic Polyfunctional Gold Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (PolyGIONs) surface loaded with therapeutic microRNAs to allow sensitizing of GBM cells to systemic temozolomide (TMZ), as well as multimodality molecular, anatomic and microscopic imaging.
