摘要

In article number 2002787, Yugang Wang, Wei Wei, Guanghui Ma, and co‐workers develop an exosome‐based platform for smart drug delivery and personalized antitumor therapy. They discover that the exosomes released from low‐pH treated tumor cells have the strong uptake efficiency and targeting ability for their parent cells. Such “magical” characteristics are based on a glycerolipid selfaggregation‐enhanced uptake mechanism. These reprogrammed exosomes are further utilized as smart carriers for dual‐loading of photosensitizer and chemodrug, which are capable of specifically accumulating in tumor tissue, selectively releasing chemodrug in response to the near‐infrared irradiance and achieving safe and potent antitumor effects.
