In early April, the AATCC Student Chapter of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) took their annual field trip to visit textile-related companies; this year s trip took the group through the New England region of the USA. The students visited Bella Fabrics and Ahlstrom Nonwovens LLC in Connecticut, and Warwick Mills in New Hampshire. They visited New Balance and TJX Group, as well as the US Navy Clothing and Textile Testing Research Facility, in Massachusetts. They also saw the Saco River Dye House in Maine before returning to FIT in New York City.
