Keeping dry is a balancing act.On the one hand,the weather is all toe ready to pelt people and their possessions with wetness-in the form 1 of fog,mist,rain,sleet,hail,or snow.On the other hand,microclimates-the environment between a] garment and human skin-can cause perspiration and condensation that will also result in unpleasant wetness.The most ironic piece of the puzzle is that protecting too vigilantly against one type of wetness makes for greater vulnerability to the other kind.
