摘要

Welcome to the first publication of AMLE's Books & Resource Reviews (BRR) section under the new editorial team. I am honored to be a part of such an innovative, productive, and skilled team of academics and practitioners-including not only our editorial team and editorial board, but also our very important authors and readers. As I sit here thinking about the power and potential of AMLE's BRR section, I am struck by the inherent tension between how much it has contributed to our readership in the past and our need to grow and adapt as we move forward into the future. To facilitate our growth and development, I have two strategic shifts I will work to integrate into the BRR section over the next 3 years. The first is to expand our view of the types of resources we review in this journal, and the second is to broaden our focus to include resources originating in disciplines other than management.
