Giving Voice to Values (GW) is a timely and empowering pedagogical tool that aims to help us develop and flex our ethical muscles in the workplace. By intricately weaving our understanding of fundamental aspects of our personal identities and the skills and behaviors required to act upon our values. Gentile introduces a research-based, sensitive, and flexible management pedagogy that confidently steers away from traditional prescriptive approaches toward assertiveness training and conflict management techniques.
