Details: Carr, Riggs & Ingram, a Top 20 Firm based in Enterprise, Alabama, has expanded its presence in its home state by merging in Crabtree, Rowe & Berger PC, a firm based in Huntsville. Details: WithumSmith+Brown, a Top 100 Firm based in Princeton, New Jersey, expanded to California by adding KSJG CPA LLP, a firm based in Irvine. As part of the deal, eight partners at KSJG, including an original founder, Bob Kushner, and approximately 55 other team members, will join the Withum team, but will retain their offices in Irvine. Withum has 126 partners and approximately 1,200 employees, and reported annual revenue last year of $224 million, while KSJG earned $12 million in annual revenue. Details: Citrin Cooperman, a Top 25 Firm based in New York, has continued its recent expansion streak in Southern California, snapping up LGSH LLP, its third firm in the Los Angeles area in recent months. The deal will give Citrin a location in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles and add 10 new partners and 55 staff members to the firm. Steve Lacher and Daniel Howard of LGSH will be joining Citrin as co-managing partners of the Encino office and Howard will join Citrin's executive committee.
