Details: Mauldin & Jenkins, a Top 100 Firm based in Atlanta, expanded in Alabama by adding CDPA PC, a firm with offices in Athens, Florence and Huntsville. The merger will increase M&J's presence in the Southeast to 12 offices. CDPA has provided tax, financial planning and reporting, and consulting services to individuals, fiduciaries, commercial businesses and other organizations since 1954. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mauldin & Jenkins earned $66 million in annual revenue, while CDPA earned $6.5 million, for a combined $72.5 million in combined net fees. Six partners and 35 staff from CDPA will be joining M&J, bringing its total number of partners to 57 and employees to 369.
