Firm leaders talk about change and how the business model must transform for firms to remain successful and fu-ture-ready, yet there are few specifics as to what must change. Things like value billing, new service lines and technology are often discussed, but rarely are the dots connect-ed with specific discussions. This article ad-dresses five capabilities mat firms must have, yet too often they get caught in the trap of thinking that they have already done or tried that. Have you been intentional and integrat-ed these capabilities to produce exponential, rather than incremental, results? Typically, the answer is, "No, but our profits are at all-time levels." The next question then is, "Is what you are doing sustainable?"
