Susan Springer, director of workplace developments at Best Companies Group, which collaborates with Accounting Today to present our annual Best Firms to Work For list, has one message for accounting firms who call in to question their ranking: Stop being so good. "This list is just amazing in itself, the caliber of this list," Springer said. "We do about 40 lists [for other industries] throughout the United States, Eastern Canada and some in the U.K., and the caliber of these competitors is really strong."
