Improving workflow efficiencies remains a strong focus for Intuit's Lacerte Software, whose clients are looking for more data import, e-file capabilities and online assistance and alerts. Lacerte introduced K-1 inputs two years ago, but Intuit is working to make the process more complete, including transferring state-related information from business to individual returns, says Jorge Olavarrieta, senior product manager for Lacerte.
