摘要

We present a data-driven approach to derive part-level segmenta-rntion and labeling of free-hand sketches, which depict single objectsrnwith multiple parts. Our method performs segmentation and la-rnbeling simultaneously, by inferring a structure that best fits the in-rnput sketch, through selecting and connecting 3D components in therndatabase. The problem is formulated using Mixed Integer Program-rnming, which optimizes over both the local fitness of the selectedrncomponents and the global plausibility of the connected structure.rnEvaluations show that our algorithm is significantly better than thernstraightforward approaches based on direct retrieval or part assem-rnbly, and can effectively handle challenging variations in the sketch.
