For many years, VR was thought to be in the realm of science fiction. However, this is technology that has been in development for years and in recent years has taken off. More and more places from NASA to universities are using VR systems for training. Libraries have many options that they can implement in order to share VR with the public. Whether a user wishes to explore the human body or to dove underwater on an alien planet, there is a VR experience for everyone.
