In July 2015, The University of Connecticut Library switched to Alma, the Integrated Library System by Ex Libris. As part of the process, the knowledge base for e-journals was also transferred to Alma. Using the information in the former knowledge base, we activated pertinent collections in the new knowledge base. The whole activation process took us several weeks. Shortly after the new systems went live, we set out for the cleanup.
