AIM: To study the anti-inflammatory effects of total saponins of Panax notoginseng (PnS). METHODS: Rat air-pouch acute inflammatory model Was established with sc carrageenan (Car, 25 mg· Kg~-1). The protein content in exudate was measured. Microacid titration assay and radioimmunoassay (RIA) Were applied respectivly to investigate effects of PnS on Phospholipase A_2 (PLA_2) activity and dinoprostone (Din) content in exudate.

机译：目的：研究三七总皂苷（PnS）的抗炎作用。方法：采用角叉菜胶（Car，25 mg·Kg〜-1）建立大鼠气袋急性炎症模型。测量渗出液中的蛋白质含量。分别应用微酸滴定法和放射免疫法（RIA）研究PnS对渗出液中磷脂酶A_2（PLA_2）活性和狄诺前列酮（Din）含量的影响。
