"Interplanetary Robots" is space author, speaker, and historian Rod Pyle's worthy follow up to last year's "Amazing Stories of the Space Age." With renewed attention being given to the human spaceflight efforts and the upcoming anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing on people's minds, the author reminds us that the past, present, and potential future of the robotic exploration programs that have forever changed our perspective on how we view our solar system are also important. Pyle's conversational style of writing combined with his sometimes wry, often humorous observations make for a compelling and enjoyable read.
