At one time or another almost everyone's dreamed of going to the Moon. What if you had the money, power, and means to make that dream reality? Would you go? That's the premise behind Astronauts in Trouble, a comic book miniseries, the initial release from AiT/Planet Lar Books. Created and written by Larry Young, this insightful series takes a look at the space program from a different perspective: showcasing the trials and tribulations of those involved through the eyes of the fictitious Channel 7 News Team. Subsequent AiT projects spotlight different eras in the space program as Young continues to deliver a powerful, thought-provoking look at what life could have been, and, perhaps, someday might be in the upper regions of our world. Astronauts in Trouble has a cinematic feel to it, so it should come as no surprise that the series has recently been optioned for film, with several parties interested in making Young's creations come to life. Although busy with his publishing company and working on the newest AiT saga, Citizen Dave, Young found time to answer some questions for Ad Astra.
