Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have attracted much attention in recent years because of their potential application in cheap, large-area, flexible electronic devices, such as bendable dispalys or electronic paper. Due to their mechanical flexibility and facile processing, polymer semiconductors are particular well-suited for fulfilling these requiremets and have been widely recognized as promising materials.
