If you've flown recently, you know that delays and cancellations are part of the airport landscape, the result of an air traffic system that is broken. On Tuesday, 22 July, George Mason University researchers Dr. George Donohue, former Associate Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, and Dr. Russell Shaver, RAND Fellow, offered their ideas on how to fix the system at a luncheon event on Capitol Hill.
