On 12 May, a Fairchild Metroliner from Key Lime Air landed safely at Centennial Airport, Colorado, after suffering a mid-air collision with a Cirrus light aircraft that removed a large part of the upper rear fuselage. The single pilot successfully landed the Metroliner. Meanwhile, two people on board the Cirrus also escaped without injury after deploying the aircraft's ballistic emergency parachute. The NTSB is now investigating.
