AEROSPACE: You have recently passed your first year as Chief Executive having taken over from Stephen Ball. What has been the greatest challenge in your new role and how will you be building on the success and legacy Stephen leaves behind? PR: I was fortunate to work closely with Stephen before taking on the role in January 2016 and he was a great mentor to me. That meant I was familiar with 90% of the job, which was a huge bonus and not one that many share when assuming a new responsibility of this nature.
