Troubled aircraft manufacturer Hawker Beechcraft has agreed to sell its business and general aviation divisions to Chinese aerospace firm Superior Aviation Beijing. The deal, valued at $179bn, does not include the Hawker Beechcraft Defense Company subsidiary which is to remain a separate entity.
