Senior Air Force officials, addressing AFA's Air & Space Conference in Washington, D.C., delivered a sobering message: The service must once again reinvent itself if it is to come through a new and unexpected round of funding reductions. While those leaders said they will make the best of the situation, they suggested openly that Americans should instead be asked to spend more on their military, especially in light of the fact that there's a war on.
