Russia's Minister of Industry and Technology, Denis Manturov, has announced that the Russian Federation Government is still considering plans for selling 25% of the shares of Russian Helicopters holding company to a strategic investor or the holding's managers. Russian Helicopters is the umbrella holding company that acts as the managing body of the country's entire rotorcraft industry, consisting of five large production plants and two design bureaux, Kamov and Mil.
