Another major programme milestone is scheduled for later this year with the first flight of the largest family member, the A350-1000. Three A350-1000s will be used for certification flight testing: msn 59, msn 65 and msn 71 (registrations to be confirmed). The first of these aircraft, msn 59, is currently on the Toulouse Final Assembly Line (FAL). Assembly and pre-equipping for msn 59's wing box at Broughton, North Wales, started in August 2015. The following month, Premium Aerotec delivered the first forward fuselage section to Airbus' Hamburg facility for equipping and Stelia Aerospace sent the nose section to Saint-Nazaire for assembly and equipping. The forward fuselage was later flown from Hamburg to Saint-Nazaire (using a Beluga), where it was joined with the nose. The complete front fuselage section was then flown from Saint-Nazaire by Beluga to the FAL.
