The United Arab Emirates Air Force and Air Defence is believed to have taken delivery of the last pair of ten Air Tractor AT-802U light attack and surveillance aircraft it had on order. At least one of the aircraft was noted on delivery in early June, but as previous delivery flights all involved two aircraft, all may now be in the Emirates. Few details have been released about the UAE's purchase of AT-802Us and the order remains unannounced. The aircraft were fitted with their mission equipment, including an electro optical/infrared (E0/ IR) sensor turret, by Iomax USA Inc at Orlando Executive Airport, Florida. 'Green' airframes were ferried there from the Air Tractor factory at Olney Municipal Airport in Texas, with the initial examples arriving in mid-September 2010. The first two were completed and delivered to the UAE in November 2010; the second pair in December 2010; third in February 2011, and fourth in May 2011.
