The business rescue practitioner tasked with saving the Ahrlac aircraft project has released a draft plan that would see the consolidation of associated companies and takeover by the Paramount Group. The Aerospace Development Corporation (ADC), a joint venture between the Potgieter family and Paramount Aerospace Holdings, is developing the Ahrlac and sister company ADC Surveillance Systems is developing the armed Mwari variant. ADC was put into business rescue in March 2019 after becoming insolvent following problems arising from a dispute over a third-party licensor and the end of funding from Paramount.
