US FRACTIONAL ownership operator Flexjet has become the fleet launch customer for the Embraer EMB-545 Praetor 500. The mid-size business jet was included in a purchase order for 64 aircraft, worth up to $1,4bn, announced on October 21, Also included in the commitment is the Brazilian manufacturer's EMB-550 Praetor 600 and EMB-505 Phenom 300E; the exact breakdown between the three types has not been disclosed. Deliveries commenced in early November 2019.
